Recently I purchased an original painting by Darla Farner. I had been admiring her "Hearts of Gold", that is hanging in a local restaurant that I frequent and I wanted to know more about the artist and her work. Although I seldom give abstract or contemporary art a second glance, there is something about her paintings that draw you to these creations, studying them in detail. It is fun, like naming shapes of clouds in the sky, to interpret the forms and shapes your eyes behold in her work. It is obvious that Darla Farner is very passionate and enthusiastic in her art and in life. I will treasure my "Aquarius" and, meeting this wonderful, exciting artist.
